Who are your guides and teachers?
Both Hana and Reem are hatha yoga certified teachers and travelled to India and other spiritual places like Bali, Cambodia, etc. to learn, heal and grow. Hana and Reem met in England at University on their studies in 2017. Since then their friendship has grown strong and they share their spiritual journey as Soul sisters. Both Reem and Hana have their own and individual mission, but on this retreat they share this space to create a special merge.

ACCOMODATION: There are three types of rooms. All the rooms are non AC, but all have fans.
2 STANDART rooms with shared bathroom, twin bed
5 SUPERIOR rooms with private bathroom, twin bed
4 DELUX rooms with private bathroom, double bed, more private space.

FOOD: It will be served Mediterranean vegetarian food with a lot of local products. This includes diary, gluten and nuts. If you have any allergies, please let us know in advance for us to be able to cater to your needs! For the retreat centre it is a pleasure to prepare food according to your diet.

TWO YOGA SHALLAS AVAILABLE FOR OUR PRACTISE: Morning hatha yoga class will be adjustable for everybody. We will always provide option in each asana for all levels of practitioners. The practice will be generally very loving and kind with deep focus on breath work and meditation in the movement. We will explain some advanced postures so that you can try to work towards them slowly. In the morning the practice will be also focused on the activation of the body through pranayama practice (breathing exercise) so that our system starts to detoxify naturally.

Afternoon restorative yin yoga class will help you touch deeper level of your practice, both physically and mentally. Yin yoga is very healing practice through which you can access subconscious level of mind and release what is ready to let go from your system. Also in this practice we safely work on flexibility of the body and we reach the connective tissues that usually hold on a lot of tension. Thanks to this practice, your whole body we after one week feel like new born.

STANDART room early bird the price till the end of February is 1 188 euro per person in double occupancy and 1 300 euro per person double occupancy from 1.3.2023 onwards.
SUPERIOR room early bird the price till the end of February is 1 288 euro per person double occupancy and 1 350 euro per person double occupancy from 1.3.2023 onwards.
DELUX room early bird price till the end of February is 1 333 euro per person double occupancy and 1 388 euro double occupancy per person from 1.3.2023 onwards.
SINGLE ROOM OCCUPANCY is 2 063 euro per person
